• Pillsbury Pink Lemonade Cookie Mix
• Andes Mint Baking Chips
• Cream Cheese Frosting

              3 ounce unsalted butter, softened
              6 ounce cream cheese, softened
              1 cup powdered sugar (Add more if you think it is not sweet enough.)
              1 teaspoon vanilla extract
              1 drop of red food dye



In a large bowl, add the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer at low speed. Add the powdered sugar a cup at a time until smooth and creamy. Mix in the vanilla extract and food dye. Viola!
